These services are governed by their own terms. SmartRetireCalc is not responsible for third-party service outages, errors, or unavailability.

Intellectual Property

The calculators, algorithms, source code, graphics, logos, and content on SmartRetireCalc belong to SmartRetireCalc. You may not scrape, automatically harvest, reverse engineer, reproduce, commercially reuse, or use the site's content, calculators, or underlying data to train or improve artificial intelligence or machine learning models, without prior written permission.

Availability & Modifications

SmartRetireCalc does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Features, assumptions, formulas, and supported laws may change over time without prior notice, and the service may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without notice.

Copyright Policy

If you believe copyrighted material appears on the site without authorization, please contact us through our Contact page with sufficient information for us to investigate the claim. We reserve the right to remove or disable access to allegedly infringing material while investigating a claim.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 4Ravu L.L.C. and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or reliance on any results it generates, including financial decisions made based on those results. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the site shall not exceed the amount, if any, you paid us to use the site in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Feedback

If you voluntarily submit feedback, ideas, suggestions, feature requests, or comments about SmartRetireCalc, you grant SmartRetireCalc a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free right to use and incorporate that feedback without compensation or attribution. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

If a dispute arises, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it informally before you initiate arbitration or any other legal proceeding.

Dispute Resolution — Binding Arbitration & Class Action Waiver

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the site will be resolved by individual binding arbitration in New Jersey rather than in court, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court. You and SmartRetireCalc each waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in any class action or class arbitration. This arbitration provision survives termination of these Terms.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above. Registered users may be required to review and explicitly accept material changes before continuing to use saved plan features.

Severability

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.
